The New River Valley Airport Commission, in partnership with Foster Aviation and Mobile Maintenance, New Tech Aviation, Upward Aviation, and Pulaski County Tourism will be hosting a Spring Fly-In on May 17th from 10am - 2pm.
The day's events will include collecting two (2) poker cards from any combination of the following airports: Virginia Tech/Montgomery Executive Airport (KBCB), Mountain Empire Airport (MKJ), Mount Airy/Surry County Airport (MWK), and Blue Ridge Airport (MTV). LIMIT ONE CARD PER AIRPORT PER PERSON. Each card must be signed by you and a member of staff from each airport upon collecting the card. Hands will be played here at the New River Valley Airport (PSK) using standard Texas Hold' Em rules. Hands will be played at 2pm for a $500 prize!
The Flour Bomb contest will be held again during the event, and will be available from 12pm-1pm. A target will be setup on the airfield with bombs available in the FBO along with detailed instructions. Airplane required!
The local Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) will be offering free plane rides to kids.

Food trucks, bouncy houses, aircraft displays, kid's crafts and more will be available along with a fuel discount of $0.50 per gallon during the event. Be sure to check back for more info as the event gets closer, and don't hesitate to call (540)-674-4141 for more information.
